Most of us have no doubt long since learned how to properly interpret NMR and IR spectra, but I’d like to highlight the work of Dr. Jon Chui anyway.  Half chemist, half photoshop wizard, his graphics are too pretty not to mention at every opportunity.

In no particular order:

Pictorial Guide to IR Spectra. (translated into German and Portuguese)

Interpreting (proton) NMR spectra.

Pictorial Guide to TLC.

Understanding dipole-dipole interactions.

As you would expect, most of these are written at the undergraduate level.  The more advanced topics require a bit more to digest (thesis writing, drawing software, etc), and I’ll try to tackle them at a later point.  In the meantime, if you’d like to learn how to make your own charts he explains a bit of his process in detail here.
