From the “Why didn’t I think of that?” files, researchers at Amgen have published a comparison of Rf values in various solvents (supp pdf).  Their stated goal is to reduce the use of DCM in medicinal chemistry labs, but their work is adaptable for Heptane/EtOAC – > Heptane/Acetone -> DCM/MeOH -> MTBE/MeOH conversions.  Conversions are derived the average Rf values of nine different values at various solvent ratios, with the original plots stored in the supplementary info.

This work also fits in nicely with the last effective chart, which definitely lacked the ‘reducing toxicity’ focus.  If you’re interested in the subject you can find a fair bit of (non pictorial) information by searching “elutropic series”.
